1995 Cheoy Lee 78 Motorsailer

The 3rd and last Cheoy Lee 78MS built in the historical shipyard of Hong Kong. A real worldwide cruising ketch. Always kept by professional crew and constantly upgraded/refitted with yearly bottom paint job.

Numerous upgrades and works done every year. As an example, in June 2017, the Inmarsat phone systems was upgrade form the Mini-M to the new Fleet One, plus also the watermaker was replaced with a more efficient 160L/h. All engines and generators overhauled, with all cooling systems rebuilt in May 2017. 

New SAT TV antenna NavySystem MST-75 replaced in September 2017.

In June 2020, all hydraulic furling pipelines have been replaced. 

New service (8 x 240Ah) AGM batteries replaced in September 2020.

New Mastervolt Inverter 24/5000 replaced in March 2021

New interior leather sofas replaced in May 2021

During March 2021, all communication systems are being upgraded: new Icom VHF radios, new Icom SSB radio, new Inmarsat mini-C station and new Pepwave 4G+ with external antenna .

New additional dual Garmin 8410XSV Radar/Plotter/Fishfinder installed in May 2022.

Capable of carrying two Large tenders carried on forward deck (currently carrying a 4m Rib plus a 3.3m Sailboat ).

Same boat owner since new, never chartered! Only private family use.
