The wallypower58, the ultimate open sports cruiser, pays homage to the line’s pioneering progenitor whilst incorporating the manifold technical and practical innovations developed over the years. The wallypower58 features pure lines dominated by the double chines in the hull and the air intakes. Its bow meets the water with a smooth, swooping line that extends all the way aft and the yacht’s interior is bathed in natural light from overhead, meaning there is no need for traditional openings to port or starboard.
It is equipped with the Volvo IPS propulsion system featuring proprietary joystick maneuvering, dynamic positioning and Assisted Docking software. The superstructure of wallypower58 displays typical Wally DNA with its broad side decks and ample guest areas that are open to the surroundings but protected from the sun,
wind and water. The pillarless windows offer best-in-class panoramic views that enhance navigational safety by eliminating blind spots.

Wally has opted for a smaller-block triple IPS configuration in lieu of the larger, more conventional double unit, in order to give the yacht a shallower draft, a better-distributed power to weight ratio, and increased redundancy.
The wallypower58 ultra deep-V hull delivers a stable, comfortable and fast-cruising pace in all environments, featuring a bow that meets the water with a smooth, swooping line that extends all the way aft. The result is 35 knots cruising in waves that would cause other yachts to slow down considerably.
To minimize lateral openings that usually spoil the lines of the hull, a camera with 4K resolution has been installed on each side of the boat. The two cameras are hooked up to two screens mounted to port and to starboard in the saloon, creating a wide outside view without having any portholes. This innovative an effective solution requires less maintenance than portholes, no risk of damaging glass while docking alongside and, above all, maximum privacy both at anchor and in the port.
The wallypower58 comes with many practical features that make versatility their priority. The adjustable aft deck sunpad offers top lounging space for up to four adults, with a voluminous toy storage unit located underneath that is accessed via two gullwing doors.
The adjustable cockpit top features an electric hatch to allow increased ventilation as needed, while the covered exterior area can be air conditioned to offer relief from warmer conditions. When cruising in chillier climates, the cockpit can be fully enclosed by isinglass for protection against the cold.
Folding bulwark wings increase entertaining space on the aft deck to an exceptional 25 sqm (269 sqft). Further room is provided by 12 sqm (129 sqft) of covered and air-conditioned open cockpit space. Wally’s innovative hydraulic platform descends underwater to quickly and conveniently launch or haul a tender up to 3,25m (10’ 8”) or a water toy such as a jetski. When submerged just below the surface, the platform creates a ‘pieds dans l’eau’ area for guests of all ages and mobilities to enjoy a safe and fun experience in the water unprecedented on a vessel of this size.
Wally’s customary hydraulic passerelle is included as standard for boarding and disembarking at the stern also doubling as the swim ladder, providing unrestricted access to the water regardless of whether the hydraulic platform is being used for jetski or tender stowage.
